Join Alison Hendren, MCC Director of Training and Faculty for the Executive Coaching Program at Royal Roads University, Founder, Coaching Out of the Box®, Faculty University of Texas Executive Coaching Program and long time Executive Coach as she premiers at the ICF Vancouver Chapter a Documentary on Coaching  titled "Airplane Journals". Watch as award winning filmmaker Greg Hemmings experiences the power and value of coaching and discovers the world of coaching.  Alison co-produced this documentary and is embarking on a year long "road trip" to promote coaching...this is her first official stop!       

Alison will talk about the Royal Roads Executive Coaching Program and share what she believes it takes to "Make it as a Coach" and where she feels coaching is headed.  Her coaching career began in 1996 in Vancouver when there were only about a handful of coaches and from there she has watched as the Profession of Coaching has exploded Globally.
