The International Coach Federation (ICF) Vancouver Chapter will present their annual Vancouver Prism Award Breakfast on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at the Vancouver Convention Centre.
The Prism Award celebrates businesses and organizations that have achieved tangible bottom-line benefits and other organizational impacts through their commitment to professional coaching as a leadership strategy.
The Vancouver Chapter presents the Prism Award to the organization in British Columbia that attained this achievement, and also acknowledges the Vancouver Chapter Coaches who partner with the organization.
Representatives from each of the finalist organizations will be invited to attend the event where the winner will be announced. The winning organization will give the keynote address, and the semi-finalists will also be honored along with their coaches. All nominated organizations that meet the nominating criteria will be recognized.
We welcome Canadian Coach of the Year - Troy King as our keynote speaker.
Our MC Brian Fraser's Jazz Trio will provide our morning entertainment.
Who will attend? Prism honorees, Business leaders, Coaches and their guests will attend to celebrate.

Prism Award Criteria
1. Coaching in BC for leadership effectiveness and development at any or all levels of the organization during the years 2009 and/or 2010 for a minimum of 6 months.
2. The nominating coach is a member of the Vancouver ICF Chapter.
3. Public, non-profit, and private sector organizations are eligible.
4. Awards may be given out for each of small, large and non-profit organizations.
5. Qualitative and/or quantitative measurements can be demonstrated.
6. The coaching initiative in British Columbia can include any of the following:
7. One-on-one coaching using ICF Competencies
8. Group or team coaching using ICF Competencies
9. Coach training for managers using ICF Competencies
