I highly recommend this program to eveyone! I am a Board member, skilled volunteer, and volunteer leadership coach with Vantage Point (formerly Volunteer VAncouver). I participated as a leadership coach with a non-profit organization last year, and not only had a wonderful experience but was able to positively influence the relationship between the new Board Chair and the Executive Director.
This is a great way to get involved in your community and use your coaching skills to impact the NFP and voluntary sector!
