Canada Human Resources Centre (www.canadahrcentre.com) is looking for a partner to develop and implement a internal coaching structure for an institutional client. Our potential client has 1000+ employees and multiple locations, and is looking to bring a coaching culture into their organization.
We are looking for a strategic partner to help develop, and implement a program that would help establish coaching across the leadership, and then down through the organization.
Successful candidates should have experience developing a coaching program for institutional clients, with a proven track record of success. Fortune 500 experience is preferred.
We expect our strategic partner to be experienced in coach training and leadership development. Successful candidates will also have the ability to communicate the value of a proven coach training program to C-suite executives
A minimum 1 year commitment is required for full implementation.
The initial proposal phase will be closed on Tuesday May 18th
