Are You a CEO or a Manager? What should you be doing in your business?

As a business owner, the saying that you should be working ON your business, rather than IN your business (Michael Gerber, in The E-Myth Revisited) rings true for many entrepreneurs today.

Yes, there are times when you need to get your hands dirty and get stuff done, but there are other times when it's better for you to outsource some of your work (such as emailing, marketing, social media, etc...) so you can do the important stuff...i.e. business planning and development, content creation, making strategic alliances.

If you find that you are doing too much for your business, yet it doesn't seem to be growing, then you are probably guilty of working too much in your business.

On November 10th, please join us at 5:30pm for a open discussion on what you should be doing in your business and what you shouldn't - and how to build your business so that you don't find yourself burning out month to month with the little things.

We'll be talking about:

  • How to systemize.
  • What to outsource.
  • Where to hire and what to pay.
  • Innovative ways to get your work down.
  • There difference between being a CEO and a manager.

This is especially important for small to medium size businesses and solo-preneurs (coaches and consultants) as these typically struggle with the doing it all yourself syndrome.
