Recent research suggests that relationships, while often considered a “soft” skill, play a much more direct role in organizational performance.   Many organizations now recognize the connection between leadership behaviour, employee satisfaction, and profitability. Leaders are now in roles where their performance is measured not only on operational results, but, as importantly, on how they manage their relationships; specifically, their ability to positively impact their company’s performance through their people.

This is where SDI plays a pivotal role.  The SDI is a unique learning and dialogue tool that guides people toward gaining critical insight and perspective into ways to build and sustain effective work relationships. It emphasizes a person’s strengths in relating to others and builds the skills they need to effectively influence, prevent conflict, and enhance individual and team performance.    

Our  Level I Certification  course is the first step in preparing facilitators to administer the SDI® and Portraits of Personal Strengths®.  You will learn the core concepts of Relationship Awareness® and gain valuable practice in applying the most effective techniques for facilitating the SDI with your clients in team and 1:1 coaching situations.

SDI Premier Edition

SDI Facilitation Guide, 4 ^th  Edition , including a CD packed with facilitation techniques and exercises, evaluation forms, and supporting slides, videos, and reproducible handouts

Our Invoice Process 




Upon registration,


Personal Strengths Canada


will issue an
invoice for the full workshop fee.

Our Cancellation Policy







We request that
cancellations be received, by e-mail, no less than 10 business days prior to
the start of the workshop.  Cancellations are subject to a $100
cancellation fee.  Registrants who cancel after the 10 day cut-off date
will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the workshop cost.  Upon
return of all pre-work material, the remaining 50% will be refunded.
