INTERIOR HEALTH 


LOOKING FOR COACHES


Interior Health is looking for ICF credentialed coaches in Western Canada to help with leadership development of the senior executive team.  They are looking to build a team of external coaches which the senior executives can consider and select from. 


Criteria:



  • Prefer  Canadian health care industry experience. 

  • Willing to work closely with internal OD consultants through the process.

  • Has the capacity to build EQ but also learning agility ( ie Lominger definition) with their clients to meet future mind set shifts and demands of a large scale change initiative that is presently underway.

Key information to include:



  • Assessments you are accredited to administer;

  • Previous experience in the health care sector.


Interviews will be held over the next couple of weeks with telephone coaching work to begin in January.
