Thanks for posting this Cheryl.  ALthough I wrote the submission for HR Reporter there was quite a large team of coaches involved in this project.

It was massive!  We have coached and trained over 80 internal coaches (with more to come) 12 of which are pursuing ICF ACC certificaiton.  Pretty cool to chat to the Joey folks and how excited they are about coaching.
