Great Idea - I have a developed mentorship program if anyone is interested and wouldn't miond being part of a community of coaches?

I ran a couple of different one's in Scandinavia ages ago. From just knowledge share and networking to training together regularly.

Would like to contribute and join as often as I am in BC.

I'm glad we have now some ideas and contributions offers. I suggest we set up our own group and decide on the format on our first meeting. The idea would be to facilitate it in turns and to base it on supervision. We could then add sessions to address knowledge share and arrange discussions with coaches from other regions/countries to exchange on experience and also network.

I'll be in France in July (11-29). I suggest a first meeting in August with the ones interested. I'll try and find a convenient location.

Thks everybody for your replies. I suggest we meet up round Aug 17-18 to set up the co construction/alliance framework of our supervision group.

One of my professional partners will kindly lend us a meeting room in South Granville.

I'll confirm the date and location next week to those interested. Pls allow 2h for the first meeting.

This is so exciting coaches!  Talk about synchronicity!  I have a MCC mentor coach, Sam Magill, who will be presenting on Coaching Supervision at this year's International ICF Conference coming to Vancouver to do a session at our chapter meeting this Fall.  This year we will have a thematic line-up of events around the topic of BUILDING A PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY.  If anyone is interested in joining us on the PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE I'd love to hear from you.
