Thanks David, yes it has helped, I found out about it being in the paper from a prospective client who read the globe article on ADHD. Interestingly enough I was in the Globe before 5 years ago about a week from the day this one was published. so maybe back in there Oct 2016 too:)
Well done Pete! It was a great article. I second that you get some business from it. It is nice to know that there are alternatives you the pharmacutical companies. Have you ever considered marketing to parents of kids in high school? I am sure they could use it, or do you only work with adults?
well the adhd med do work for 80-90% of adults and kids with adhd if you give them an honest try, takes a while to find the right med and the right dose. But that being said even drug company reps don't claim adhd meds a complete solution.
I don't focus on the parenting aspect or coaching teens or college students but some adhd coaches do. I am getting more adult children with adhd that their parents are paying for coaching because they either got their kids diagnosed then ignored treatment or just go adhd meds but no skills or therapy.
I'm doing great, Vancouver just declared ADHD Awareness week at city hall. 9 years of it in USA, zero in Canada federally, provincially and municipally.
Vancouver's the first city in Canada to do so. I spoke at the ceremony have video, photos and text on my blog
