I am excited to announce that Dr. Stephen Schuitevoerder, a well-known international facilitator and trainer and CEO of the Process Work Institute (think Arny Mindell!), will again be offering a training workshop from June 26-28 in Vancouver, BC at the Granville Island Hotel! The workshop will explore Process Work applications to individual, organizational, and systemic change. Attendance will be limited to 30 people and is open to coaches, facilitators, organization development folks, and other change agentswho wish to explore Process Work as a way of deepening their practice.

This is an intensive introduction to Process Work, and will focus on three fundamental areas of consulting:

- Coaching skills in understanding how to identify and transform disturbers, work with edges, and integrate insight.

- Conflict skills in working with double signals, accusations, escalations, and rank challenges

- Group skills in exploring atmosphere work, sorting and consensus, role theory, edge work, hot spots, and integration.

It will begin with the basic concepts of Process Work and its applications to individual coaching and transformation. We will explore how difficult and challenging moments, when approached with curiosity, respect, and skill, can unfold into new possibilities and opportunities for growth. We will then investigate two party conflict, the skills needed to facilitate this effectively and how we might assist those in conflict in moving towards deeper understanding and greater collaboration together. We will explore group facilitation and system change and the complex range of skills that Process Work has to offer group and system facilitators.

Location: Granville Island Hotel

Cost: $850 USD
